Antonis Stoubas was born in Athens, Greece in 1981.His passion for music led him to pursue sound engineering studies in the AKMI Professional Training Institute.
In 1998, he began working as a sound engineer and production assistant in various television productions, ranging from commercial spots to weekly live shows and newscasts.
His participation in different kinds of productions allowed him to observe and assist in the work of many different photography and visual effects professionals,becoming familiar with a wide range of aesthetics and gaining great experience in assessing and meeting the technical needs of each production.
One of the most challenging and enriching experiences was his participation in the production of a 2004 national television program that followed the Olympic torch relay around Greece on its way to Athens for the 2004 Olympic Games. Since 2007, he has been in charge of the overall audiovisual production of various types of events, such as concerts, conventions, informational and promotional events.
Driven by his ongoing interest in art and his desire to explore new paths of expression, Antonis has also been working as a freelance photographer since 2006. Driving, walking, riding his bike or hiking to different locations,he photographs plants, insects, animals and landscapes, as well as urban scenes and cityscapes. His love for the outdoors led him to focus his work on nature and landscape photography.
